Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use youhired.me lawfully and not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Use the service to send spam or to apply to roles in violation of a third party's terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

youhired.me generates CVs, cover letters, and other materials using AI. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy and suitability before submitting it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews or job offers.

Where you enable automated or assisted applications, you authorize youhired.me to submit materials to the roles you select. You remain responsible for the content submitted and for compliance with the terms of any job board or employer.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service, including its software and design, is owned by youhired.me and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, youhired.me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be communicated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
