Data Processing Agreement

“Personal Data”, “Processing”, “Controller”, “Processor”, and “Data Subject” have the meanings given in applicable data protection law. “Sub-processor” means any third party engaged by youhired.me to process Personal Data.

youhired.me processes Personal Data only on documented instructions from you and for the purpose of providing the service — including CV parsing, job matching, and document generation.

You authorize youhired.me to engage Sub-processors to deliver the service, including cloud hosting and AI model providers. We impose data protection obligations on Sub-processors no less protective than those in this DPA and remain responsible for their performance.

youhired.me implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of security practices.

Taking into account the nature of the processing, youhired.me will assist you in responding to requests from Data Subjects to exercise their rights, and will promptly notify you if it receives such a request directly.

youhired.me will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data breach affecting your data, and will provide information reasonably necessary for you to meet your notification obligations.

Where Personal Data is transferred across borders, youhired.me will ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) is in place as required by applicable law.

Upon termination of the service, youhired.me will delete or return Personal Data as instructed, except where retention is required by law.
