Do I need an existing CV?
No. You can upload a PDF/DOCX, or build a profile from scratch by answering a few short prompts — our AI expands rough notes into a polished summary, achievements, and skills.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. CV parsing usually finishes in under eight seconds, then you confirm a few basics and set your job filters.

The apply4you™ agent is rolling out. It finds matches, tailors your documents, and submits applications — and you review everything it sends. Job matching, tailored documents, and the autofill plugin are available today.
Will my CV and cover letters sound generic?
No — each document is tailored to the specific role and written in your voice from your real experience. You can edit anything before it goes out.
Are the CVs ATS-friendly?
Yes. We structure documents so applicant tracking systems can parse them, and surface the keywords that match each job description.

Is youhired.me free?
Yes — the Scout plan is free forever and includes CV parsing, the plugin, and 10 tailored applications a month. Hunter ($29/mo) unlocks unlimited applications and the full agent.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Hunter is month-to-month; cancel from your account settings and keep access until the period ends.
Privacy
Is my data safe?
Your profile is yours. You choose what appears on your public profile, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Who can see my profile?
Only what you make public. You control visibility of your name, city, links, and salary expectations — and you can turn the public profile off entirely.
