We use third-party large language model providers to parse CVs and generate documents. Content you submit for these features is sent to those providers solely to deliver the feature. We do not use your data to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to return your result.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run youhired.me (e.g. hosting, AI processing, email), under contracts that protect your information, and where required by law.
Your public profile is visible only to the extent you choose. You control which fields are shown and can disable it entirely.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your CVs and request account deletion at any time, after which we remove your personal data except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
